pictures tell the truth

While in Florida, pictures were taken of me that were quite shocking to the eyes. WOW!! Holy Crap!! What the!!!! I look horrible.  You don't quite care during the winter, and don't really realize how bad it is until a side shot or back side picture is seen. Well, its bad. So, I need a plan:

• I think I will print out a picture and hang it at my desk. That may be the motivation I need. 
• buy a full length mirror
• start walking
• eat less
