You have told me about your yummy enchiladas for many years, and I have NEVER made them before. I found this recipe on pinterest and tried them out last Sunday when Evan was home. Can I just say first, Steve almost fell off of his chair, Evan gobbled it down and I loved it. (I am not much of a cook, I admit it).
I kept it simple for the boys, however Steve loves all foods. Beef, cheese mostly. I am going to make it again soon...so good...
