no is the new yes

No is really hard to say sometimes, I agree. Somtimes there is no way around it. Sometimes we have to do it, to be involved in our kids lives, for money, or to improve ourself. I know I used to say yes, a whole lot more than I do now. I think because I thought I had to. Now, if it feels right to me, I say yes.


I think it is also in how you say it. No can be hurtful, and may be taken the wrong way. So, you need to be careful and always spin it in a positive way!
