fav's for fall

So sissy....what are your favorite shows for this fall.....

Here is my line up...I have a feeling ours our very different....??!!

Why wouldn't you watch?? Cute boys/men dancing! The stars are little iffy this season, but they are getting down to the good ones now! Sadie is my favorite, daughter of Duck Dynasty dude.

I have been watching this for years, but this is a great seasons for judges. Gwen and Pharrell are great additions. Never been of fan of their music, but they are really nice people on the show, fun to watch. The talent is ok...don't have any favorites. 

Another show I have watched since the beginning....love Tim and Heidi! They are almost done with the season. Kini or Amanda will win for sure!

Watched Revenge on Netflix over the summer, got all caught up and current. The current season is tough for me, I like to watch all of these types of shows at once...instead of waiting every week!! Remember I am a binge watcher!!

The X Factor UK is fun to watch! Good judges and no favorites yet!

Of course there are a few others ones I watch. Love having my DVR this year. I can actually watch other shows with Steve, then go to bed and watch my fav's. No loss of husband time!! So like I said sissy...I am assuming you have almost all different fav's this fall.....what are they??

Macaron vs. Macaroon...I didn't know...



I am obsessed with macarons! I started pinning them over the summer but have not attempted to make them yet. Love the colors, and varieties! This is going to be a winter project.

thursday tip

Ok, this is best tip EVA!!! Do you have nail polish that is getting a little thick? I accidentally found the cure! Put the nail polish next to your laptop by the vent. The warm air will make the polish smooth again! remember...its just temporary. xo.k

(almost) a year of direct tv

Last winter, I think it was January, you sissy, talked me into getting Netflix again, and I am glad I did. I fell in love with it all over again! I wanted to share what I watched and my rating of each. It may not be in the order I watched it, its been awhile. Most of my watching is at night in bed or early mornings on the weekends. I have a bit of problem with binge watching! I can't stand to wait to see what happens.

We are back!!??

Fall is here! It's a great time to start blogging again sissy!! We have 3 kids at college now, I think that is a great place to start!

This year, Evan's sophomore year is so different than last year. He has a room to himself in a really nice dorm/apt building right on campus. He loves it. Last year he was with 2 others, in a basement that had no A/C. He is a happy to be working towards his major this year, volunteering at the radio station and his frat. Like you say, if they are happy, we are happy!!

Here are a couple pics from summer for Peter's Graduation from High School. The boys....and the girls!
