Love the crafting ideas, Sissy! BUT...the silver bells.
Where do I begin...
1. Polish the damn balls, people! They are SILVER and expensive and shouldn't look like poop.
2. String does not do these balls justice. Use a thick velvet or grosgrain ribbon.
3. These balls are special so I agree that they shouldn't just randomly go on the tree. I like to put mine (polished) in a trifle bowl with a red grosgrain ribbon running through them. Will post a pic when I do it in early December!
