...I am wearing one of Peter's wool caps in my house right now. I wore it to bed last night. I've been wearing a sock or a mitten on my right hand at night because my wrist hurts when it's cold. In this old, cold house, I need to "defrost" the dinner plates in the microwave before I put food on them (not kidding! Dad and I like to refer to that cupboard is the plate chiller). Took George on a walk today and when we got to the end of the block, instead of crossing the street, he turned around and we trotted back home.
We might not make it above zero tomorrow. Wind chill factor might be -25.
This is damn cold, but we come from hearty Norwegian stock...we can handle it, right?!
